The talented research of medical innovation based on the new model construction of the experimental teaching

By implementing optimization and reorganization of teaching laboratory,the paper discusses the construction of the opening sharing experimental operation mechanism and platform.By integrating experimental teaching contents scientifically and adhering to the students as the main body,we constructed a new experimental teaching model of medical students' self-learning and investigative study mainly.We actively guided students to take part in scientific research innovation activities to improve the overall experiment teaching effect.It would provide beneficial ways and methods to display the important role of experimental teaching for the training of medical innovation talents.
