Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of left ventricular ejection fraction to long-term prognosis in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction in emergency percutaneous coronary interventional therapy. Methods In our hospital from March 2007 to January 2012,300 patients, according to left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were divided into lower values in the group (LVEF <40%),intermediate group (40%<LVEF<60%),higher values in the group (60%<LVEF),clinical data difference were analyzed and compared in 3 groups. Results In the group of high values,at the time of admission, higher blood pressure appeared oxygen good advantage,MACE total incidence was compared:low value contrast intermediate group:c2=4.66,( P<0.05 ); low value vs high value group:c2=18.53,( P< 0.01 ); the middle group contrast group:c2=high value in 5.10,( P<0.05 ).In three groups of MACE from high to low value group, intermediate group, high value group, difference line statistical analysis indicated that P was less than 0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with emergency PCI STEMI during follow-up of the incidence of MACE increased with LVEF decreasing, thus, during the follow-up the low LVEF patients should get more education strength,in order to decrease the incidence of MACE,and improve PCI postoperative satisfaction.
