Abstract

肾癌的多药耐药性(MDR)是药物化疗效果不理想甚至失败主要原因,研究肾癌MDR的发生机制和逆转方法,对提高肾癌的化疗效果以及预防术后的复发或转移,具有重要意义.本文就肾癌MDR的发生机制及逆转方法的研究进展作一综述。
