Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Baofukang suppository combined with microwave on chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection. Methods Two hundred and sixty patients were voluntarily divided into observation group and control group, with 130 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were given microwave combined with Baofukang suppository, and the patients in control group were given microwave treatment only. The healing time, fluid drainage time, the number of cases of vaginal bleeding, bleeding time, efficacy and post-treatment HPV FQ-PCR results were recorded,in order to evaluate the clinical effects of different methods. Results The cure rate was 96. 92% in observation group and 68. 46% in control group, and the HPV FQ-PCR negative rate was 85. 39% in observation group and 72. 31% in control group, there were significant differences( P ﹤0. 05). Postoperative bleeding was observed in 24 cases in observation group, the average bleeding time was(12. 0 ± 1. 7)d,the fluid drainage time was(11. 0 ± 1. 6)d,average healing time was(7. 2 ± 1. 4)weeks. There were significant differences in the above indicators between the two groups( P ﹤0. 05 ). Conclusions Compared with the simple application of microwave in the treatment of chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection, although Baofukang suppository combined with microwave treatment can not effectively enhance the total effective rate, but can significantly improve the cure rate and the HPV FQ-PCR negative situation, and reduce postoperative bleeding, shorten bleeding time, fluid drainage time and cure time,so is worthy popularizing in clinical applications. Key words: Gynecology; Chronic cervicitis; Human papilloma virus; Baofukang suppository; Microwave
