Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of information support care in maternal health education. Methods Totaled of 86 cases of primipara were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was used conventional health education, the observation group was strengthened the comprehensive information support in the perinatal period.Maternal health knowledge awareness rate, birth outcomes and postpartum anxiety were compared between two groups. Results Health knowledge, subjective choice of vaginal delivery before delivery and the actual proportion of vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia rate and the score of post-partum anxiety in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Information support can meet the maternal on perinatal health knowledge demand, increase maternal childbirth knowledge, improve the outcomes of delivery.
