Abstract
目的 探讨新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法对40例(46只眼)翼状胬肉患者作翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植.结果术后随访平均20个月,所有患者除2只眼复发外,其余全部一次治愈,翼状胬肉复发率为2.9%.结论翼状胬肉切除联合新鲜羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉有独特疗效,治愈率高,复发率低,是目前较为理想的手术方法。
