Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of humanistic nursing management in the obstetric nursing and explore the effective measures to improve obstetric nursing management level.Methods Sixteen obstetric nurses were selected.The scores of the job satisfaction scale and patients' satisfaction before and after the implementation of humanistic nursing management.Results The score of the job satisfaction scale were all increased after the implementation of humanistic nursing management,there was significant difference (P ＜0.05).The patients' nursing satisfaction increased,there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions It should actively take humanistic nursing management in the obstetric nursing,it could significantly improve the nurses'job satisfaction and patients' nursing satisfaction,it was worthy to be widely implemented.
