Observation the influence and investigate the clinical value of FibroScan of Anluohuaxian capsule on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To observe the influence of Anluohuaxian capsule on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients,and investigate the clinical value of FibroScan on patients with liver failure induced by HBV inection.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n =60)and control group (n =60).The treatment group was treated with Anluohuaxian capsule,the control group was given conventional therapy.The levels of serum HA,PC-m,Ⅳ-C were compared before and after treatment.The internal diameter of portal vein,A/P in the period of contraction of arteria hepatica and thickness of spleen were detected by color Doppler and liver stiffness measure (FibroScan).Results The levels of serum HA,PC-Ⅲ,Ⅳ-C,the internal diameter of portal vein and thickness of spleen in the treatment group after treatment were obviously lower than those in control group.Liver stiffness measure (FibroScan),A/P in the period of contraction of arteria hepatica improved obviously (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Anluohuaxian capsule can prevent and deteriorate the hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis,and FibroScan has diagnostic value in predicting patients with liver failure induced by HBV infection.
