Abstract

Objective To observe the influence of Shuifeijibin on fibrosis index of patient with hepatitis B,and to investigate the clinical value of FibroScan in these patients. Methods 96 cases patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=49) and control group(n=47).Control group were given entecavir;Treatment group on the basis of control group, were given Shuifeijibin 70mg orally,3 times a day, with service for six months. After and before treatment, compared levels of serum hyaluronic acid(HA),Ⅲ procollagen(PC-Ⅲ),Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C) and FibroScan value of two groups. Results After treatment, serum PC-Ⅲ,HA,Ⅳ-C of treatment group were significantly lower(P0.05),FibroScan value was significantly lower(P0.05);PC-Ⅲ,HA,Ⅳ-C and FibroScan values of treatment group were lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Shuifeijibin can prevent and deteriorate liver fibrosis, and FibroScan has diagnostic value in predicting the patient with liver failure.
