Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of early exercise nursing after the operation on in abdominal operation patients. Methods A total of 100 abdominal operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing during operation period and the observation group was given early exercise nursing based on the control group.Postoperative recovery was compared between two groups. Results Eating time, recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time and ambulation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05),postoperative complications, hospital stay in observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions The early postoperative exercise nursing could promote recovery of gastrointestinal functions in abdominal operation patients, decrease pain and complications. Key words: Early exercise nursing after the operation; Abdominal operation; Gastrointestinal function; Postoperative pain
