Quantitative detection of HBV DNA in serum of patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)病人血清HBV DNA含量与HBeAg及肝损害程度的关系.方法应用定量PCR法和ELISA法检测116例CHB病人血清HBV DNA含量与HBVM.结果血清HBeAg阳性组HBV DNA含量显著高于HBeAg阴性组(P＜0.05);CHB轻、中、重度血清HBV DNA含量逐渐降低(P＜0.05).结论基因水平证实HBeAg是HBV复制指标;随着肝损害程度加重,血清HBVDNA含量逐渐下降;定量检测HBV DNA对判断肝损害程度、指导抗病毒治疗有重要意义.
