Clinical observation of comprehensive rehabilitation of cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation on nerve dysfunction in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. Patients in the treatment group were given an early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and patients in the control group were given general rehabilitation exercise. Before treatment and 2 weeks, 4 weeks after treatment, the hemiplegia limb movement function, clinical nerve function defect degree and daily life activities ability of the two groups were assessed. Results Two weeks, 4 weeks after treatment, the hemiplegic limb movement function, clinical nerve function defect degree, daily life activities ability improvement of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the improvement of the neural function in patients with cerebral infarction is remarkable, and the longer the recovery time is, the more significant curative effect has.
