Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical application to early and benchmarking rehabilitation on the treatment of dysphagia caused by cerebral arterial thrombosis.Methods:160 cerebral arterial thrombosis patients were divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).All patients were treated with routine therapy. The patients in the treatment group were given rehabilitation training within 72 hours onset, while patients in the control group were given within 15~30 days. The clinical efficacy about neurological deficits, activities of daily living ability and limb motor function improvement of two groups were observed. Results:The neurological deficits, activities of daily living ability and limb movement function patients in the two groups before treatment were not significant differences(P0.05).Each function of two groups patients after rehabilitation training were markedly improved, and the improve-ment of observation group wes significant higher than the control group, the difference had obvious statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion:Early and late rehabilitation all can effectively improve functions of cerebral arterial thrombosis, but the clinical curative effect of early rehabilitation is obviously superior to the late rehabilitation training.
