The effect of seamless nursing management on the quality of care for ICU patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing management on the nursing quality for patients with ICU.Methods A total of 120 ICU patients in the implementation of seamless nursing management were chosen as the observation group; another 120 ICU patients before the implement of seamless nursing management as the control group,the two groups were compared with the nursing quality.Results Score of nursing quality,mortality,incidence rate of errors,infection rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).The nursing job satisfaction degree of the patients,doctors,nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The seamless management can help to improve the nursing quality of ICU patient and reduce the mortality rate.
