Influence of nursing care on nursing quality and satisfaction of ICU critical patients

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care on ICU critical patients.Methods From December 2012 to De-cember 2013 in our hospital 80 cases of ICU patients treated were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , 40 cases in each group , the control group was received routine nursing care , the observation group was given humanistic care into nursing , the two groups were compared with nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.Results Anxiety , depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group , the communication rate was better than that in the control group , ICU monitoring time , extubation time were shorter than those in the control group , pain score was lower than that in the control group , the sleep quality was better , complications were less than that in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .The observation group nursing satisfaction in the aspects of treatment nursing , health education , psychological counseling and the other were higher than those in the control group , with statistical sig-nificance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Nursing care is able to meet the physical and psychological needs of the ICU critically patients , can help patients to establish confidence in the treatment , reduce pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
