Abstract
目的 探讨CT对肺结核的诊断价值.方法对比分析40例资料齐全的肺结核患者的胸部正侧位片及CT表现.结果 (1)肺结核病变主要分布在上叶尖后段及下叶背段,其次为上叶前段和下叶各段.(2)胸部CT对肺内隐蔽部位的结核病变显示率明显高于常规胸部X线片检查.(3)胸部CT对病灶内的钙化、纵隔内肿大的淋巴结以及病变的鉴别诊断明显优于胸部X线片检查.结论胸部CT对肺结核的诊断具有较高的价值。
