Abstract
Objective To investigate the urine bacterial culture of pathogenic bacteria in urinary tract infection, in order to provide reference for clinical medication. Methods From January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2014, 15090 urine specimens were selected and detected by the VITEK2 - Compact automatic bacteria identification analyzer, the special drug sensitivity test adopted the K-B method at the same time, and judged the result according to the latest version of NCCLS folding point. Results Five thousand and one strains of pathogenic bacteria were found in 15090 urine specimens, the detection positive separation rate was 33.1%. The main pathogen detection sequence was E. coli[1657 strains(33.1%)], enterococcus[489 strains(9.78%)], coagulase negative staphylococcus[476 strains(9.52%)] and klebsiella pneumoniae[340 strains(6.80%)]. The drug resistance of enterobacteriaceae bacteria to piperacillin tazobactam, minocycline, imipenem, meropenem was low; the drug resistance of gram-positive cocci to vancomycin, teicoplanin, minocycline, amikacin was low. Conclusions The main pathogens of urinary tract infection in this region are Escherichia coli and enterococcus, and the pathogens have higher resistance to common antibiotics. Rational use of antibiotics should be strengthened to reduce the rate of drug resistance. Key words: Urinary tract infection; Pathogenic bacteria; Antimicrobial agents; Drug resistance
