Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNA) play an important role in a variety of cellular biology processes, and participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In recent years, miR-32 has been shown to be aberrantly expressed in many tumor tissues. miR-32 is up-regulated in HCC and plays an oncogene role in regulating the cell cycle, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis and so on. MiR-32 maybe a potential target for HCC therapy. Key words: Liver neoplasms; MicroRNAs; MicroRNA-32
