Abstract
Gene therapy is a biomedical treatment technology emerging with the development of modem molecular biology, which involves three aspects: vector, target gene and target cell. The key point of gene therapy is transferring target gene to target cell and obtaining stable and high efficiency expression. Therefore, selecting compatible vector is the basis of the success in gene therapy. Vectors for gene therapy used at present mainly include viral vectors and non-viral vectors. This article reviews researches of vectors for gene therapy in recent years. Key words: Gene therapy; Genetic vectors; Viruses
