Abstract
Gene therapy relies on the delivery of normal gene or medicative gene into human cells,it may correct the gene defects or play role in treatment of diseases.It is a promising treatment for several acquired and inherited diseases,but their success is depends on vector.At present,the main vectors are virus vectors and non-virus vectors,but viral vectors are the most widely vectors used in gene therapy.This article focused on recent application and improvement of virus vectors in gene therapy.
