Abstract

Objective To study the effects of early integrated nursing on the stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia were selected and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group with 40 cases in each group. All cases of the two groups were accepted routine treatment.Based on that, rehabilitation training was carried out for the patients of rehabilitation group. Results After rehabilitation training, the motor function of patients in rehabilitation group was much better than that of patients in control group. Conclusions After vital signs of patients with stroke is stable, carrying out integrated nursing as early as possible is very important for both the recovery of extremities function and the enhancement of living ability of patients. Key words: Early rehabilitation;  Stroke ;  Patients with hemiplegia;  Motor function
