Abstract

Due to the latest changes in the modern society it has become essential to change the requirements for an individual, his psychological readiness to choose career path independently, professional adequacy and awareness of his professional activity. The author believes it is important to study the motives of career choice in the process of searching for different forms of vocational training, improving professional education and the system of professional orientation and selection.
