Abstract
Objective To discuss the anastomosis methods of dacryocystorhinostomy and the operation techniques. Methods Through the 135 cases (152 eyes) for the chronic dacryocystitis and nasolacrimal duct obstruction patients, according to the size for the lacrimal sac and the lacrimal sac to the nasal mucosa, do dacryocystorhinostomy by 3 kinds of the anastomosis methods:Follow-up 6 months to 12 months after operation. Results 126 eyes(82.9%) were cured; 21 eyes (13.8%) were improved; and 5 eyes (3.3%) were invalid. Conclusion It is more reasonable and effective to choose the anastomosis methods of dacryocystorhinostomy, according to the size for the lacrimal sac and the lacrimal sac to the nasalmucosa. Key words: obstruction of naso-lacrimal duct; chronic dacryocystitis; dacryocystorhinostomy; small lacrimal sac
