Abstract
目的探讨应用自体颅骨微粒再植修补外伤性颅骨缺损的手术方法与治疗效果.方法回顾性分析应用自体颅骨微粒再植修补外伤性颅骨缺损36例的治疗情况.结果36例均一次手术成功.随访29例,3个月均出现骨愈合,治疗效果满意.结论应用自体颅骨微粒再植修补外伤性颅骨缺损,不存在免疫排斥,一期手术完成颅骨整复及修补,并发症少,操作简单易行,是治疗严重外伤性、凹陷粉碎性颅骨骨折的一种切实可行的新技术.
