Abstract
Objective To investigate and compare 24 parameters of venous blood routine in 1 274 adults in Tianshui area. Methods From April 2017 to September 2017, in healthy adult blood examination center district hospital of Qinzhou normal physical examination of 1 274 specimens, the blood on the 24 parameters of the reference value range. The blood test production by SYSMEX company XN-1000 automatic blood cell analyzer, and the results were statistically analyzed. The blood routine parameters of different genders, age groups and regions were compared, and compared with the reference ranges provided by the national clinical laboratory operation standard. To investigate whether there were statistically significant differences in the 24 parameters of healthy adult blood in different age groups with different genders. Results The total number of male white blood cell count(WBC), granulocyte(LY%, MO%, EO# classification, NE#, LY#, MO#, BA#), red blood cell count(RBC), hemoglobin(HGB), hematocrit(HCT), mean corpuscular volume(MCV), mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH), mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC), platelet count(PLT), plateletcrit(PCT), platelet distribution width(PDW), platelet large cell ratio(P-LCR)had a statistically significant difference with female(P<0.01). The RBC, HGB, HCT, PLT and WBC of the youth group were all higher than those in the middle age group, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.01), while MCV and MCHC in youth group were lower than those in the middle age group, and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). In white blood cell parameters, the neutrophil ratio(NE%)and lymphocyte ratio(LY%)of female parameters were significantly higher than those of males(P<0.01). The parameters of the national clinical examination exercises are not complete, and some of the items are statistically different(P<0.01). There are also significant differences in the parameters of blood routine in different latitudes in the province(P<0.01). Conclusion The 24 parameters of adult venous blood routine in Tianshui district are not the same, which are inconsistent with the national reference parameters due to geographical environment and other factors. The normal reference range of 24 parameters of adult venous blood routine should be established, which will provide a necessary basis for guiding blood cell count and parameters in the application of clinicians in this area.
