Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of different blood sampling methods in routine inspection. Methods 90 cases of health person were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.Respectively collecting venous blood and peripheral blood routine examination, were compared between the two groups' blood routine examination of white blood cell count, red cell count, hematocrit, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and platelet examination project. Results The blood routine examination results of vein group were WBC(5.24±3.16)× 10 9 /L;RBC(3.34 ± 0.98) ×10 12 /L;HCT(42.35±20.46)%;HGB(115.75 ±15.76)g/L;MCHC(319.78±28.79)g/L;PLT(228.75±84.78)×10 9 /L.Terminal group were WBC(5.86±3.18)×10 9 /L;RBC(3.86±0.87)×10 12 /L;HCT(31.46±21.48)%;HGB(101.56±16.48)g/L;MCHC(322.43±28.94)g/L;PLT(213.48±81.46)×10 9 /L.2 groups of patients with MCHC were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P 0.05),while WBC,RBC,HCT,HGB,PLT were compared, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Different blood sampling methods on blood routine examination results have a great impact, application of venous blood instead of peripheral blood can effectively improve the accuracy of test results, improve the equipment service life, worthy of clinical use of promotion.
