Abstract

目的探讨儿童外伤白内障人工晶状体植入术的手术时机,效果和并发症.方法分析了18例(18眼)3～11岁儿童外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术.结果术后裸眼视力多数优于0.1.随访1～4年8眼,矫正视力1.0者3眼,0.9 1眼,0.1～0.4 2眼,0.1以下2眼.术后早期并发症有角膜水肿、葡萄膜反应及前房絮状渗出.晚期并发症有后发白内障、虹膜后粘连机化膜形成、瞳孔变形移位、人工晶状体瞳孔夹持及继发性青光眼.结论儿童外伤性白内障植入人工晶状体有利小儿双眼单视功能.术后并发症比成人多.手术时间以伤后2周至2月为宜.
