Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of conventional sequence, diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in the hemorrhagic transformation of massive cerebral infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 29 patients with massive cerebral infarction who were admitted from January 2015 to August 2017.The sequence of T1WI, T2WI, flair water, DWI and SWI used 1.5T superconductive magnetic resonance to analyze and compared the characteristics and each sequence. Results The detection rate of SWI sequence was significantly higher than that of conventional MRI sequence and DWI, and the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion SWI is highly specific in diagnosis of hemorrhagic transformation of massive cerebral infarction; it needs to be combined with DWI and conventional sequence of the overall picture of the lesion.T1WI combined with DWI can basically display in diagnosis of hemorrhagic transformation of massive cerebral infarction, and it has a high diagnostic value in the diagnosis as well. Key words: Susceptibility weighted imaging; Diffusion weighted imaging; Massive cerebral infarction; Conventional sequence; Hemorrhagic transformation
