Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) in hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Methods:SWI and conventional MR sequences were performed in 210 patients with cerebral infarction.Of all patients,32 cases were hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Results:Hemorrhagic cerebral infarctions were found in 32 cases,in which 32 cases showed clearly in SWI,11 cases showed clearly in conventional MR sequences. All cases showed the scope of bleeding greater in SWI than conventional sequence. Conclusion:SWI demonstrates hemorrhage more sensitively and clearly and superior to conventional MR sequences.SWI provides addioional clinically useful information in the evaluation of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction and can help confirm the diagnosis and guide the treatment.
