Abstract
目的:报道吻合血管的骨膜皮质骨瓣移植治疗肱骨骨不连及骨缺损.方法:1985年至1994年,采用吻合血管的髂骨骨膜皮质骨瓣修复外伤性肱骨骨不连13例.结果:13例于术后获得平均7.5个月的随访,骨不连处均达骨性愈合,愈合时间平均为2个月.结论:吻合血管的骨膜皮质骨瓣,移植后具有骨膜与骨质移植的双重效果.即使仅切取少量的骨质作移植,也能给骨不连处提供具有独立血供的移植骨,以加速骨质愈合.该术式取骨量可减少至最低限度,对供区外形、功能无任何影响.
