Abstract
Objective To study the Significance of dynamic detection for the serum tumor marker in breast cancer with recurrence and metastasis. Methods The serum from 187 patients with breast cancer was collected and tumor markers CA15-3,CA125and CEA were detected with CLIA method. Results CA15-3,CA125 and CEA had a positive correlation with the clinical stage (P < 0.01) and lymphnode metastas and Showed significantly higher in the group of recurence and metastasis than no recurrence and metastasis (P <0.05).Conclusion The positive rates of CA15-3,CA125 and CEA had a significantly correlation with recurrence and metastasis. The dynamic detection of CEA and CA153 are better prewaming markers for monitoring their recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer. Key words: Breastneoplasms; Blood; Tumor marker; Early diagnosis
