Effect of psychological intervention for rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the relation between psychological and social factors and coronary heart disease among middle-aged,emotions and the effect of psychological intervention.Methods By contrast method,80 patients with coronary heart disease who aged from 40 to 60 were selected.with 40 case8 in each group at random.The experiment group adopted the method of psychological intervention and clinical treatment,the control group received the conventional treatment.The anxiety and depression emotion,the indexes of cardiac function and sometization syndrome were measured in the two groups when at admission,discharged from hospital and one month after dischaged.Results Compared to the control group,the differences of each indicator including psychological,physiological indicators,knowledge of disease and the average number of days in hospital in the experiment group had significantly statistical meaning(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions The conventional treatment and psychological intervention can effectively reduce depression,anxiety syndromes of patients,and have a certain effect on easing psychological pressure,stabilizing emotion and controlling seizures of coronary heart disease.
