The Effect of Health Education Intervention on the Psychological State and Therapeutic Results of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To study the health education intervention on the effect of the psychological state and therapeutic results of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The 120 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into two groups of 60 cases,60 cases of the control group.Both groups were used conventional treatment and care,the experimental group is added up to the health education intervention,self-rating depression scale and self-evaluation form assessed anxiety in patients with coronary heart disease of depression and anxiety,and the two groups’ curative effect were observed after treatment.Result The state of anxiety and depression after the intervention was significantly lower than the state before the intervention(P0.05),the experimental group’s state of anxiety,and depression after the intervention is fewer than before,the days of hospitalization is also fewer than before,its condition has more clearly improved than before.Conclusion Implementation the health education intervention can improve psychological state of patients with coronary heart disease and reduce the number of hospitalization days,has his condition improved.
