Abstract

基因治疗的关键之一是载体,聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)是重要的肿瘤基因治疗转导载体,在非病毒载体的研究中有重要的地位.聚乙烯亚胺有较强的结合DNA和黏附细胞的能力,具有较高的转导效率.尽管在体外聚乙烯亚胺转染真核细胞取得了很大的进步,但应用于体内基因转导仍然面临着如解剖大小的限制等一系列障碍。
