Abstract

目的 呼吸道合胞体病毒(respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)是婴儿住院的一个主要原因。调查2岁以下唐氏综合征患儿的住院风险,并调整其他已知的危险因素。 方法 回顾性1∶2匹配队列研究从2006年到2011年瑞典全国范围内出生的唐氏患儿,1例唐氏与2例无唐氏对照组儿童匹配。根据全国登记的数据获得RSV住院和RSV的风险数据。RSV住院的风险评估使用成对分层的Cox多变量回归。 结果 研究包括814例唐氏患儿和1 628名对照儿童。82(10.1%)例唐氏患儿和22 (1.4%)例对照儿童因RSV住院。调整其它风险因素后,1岁内的唐氏患儿风险比为4.00(95%可信区间1.58~10.13)到1岁和2岁内的风险比为6.60(95%可信区间2.83~-15.38)。生后第2年,和对照儿童比较唐氏儿童因RSV住院者仍较多。 结论 唐氏综合征患儿RSV住院风险高,甚至1岁后仍然如此。
