Application of the nursing quality feedback notebook in the ward nursing quality control

Abstract

Objective Make use of nursing quality feedback notebook as the information exchange platform between the head nurse and the rest nurses to facilitate continuous improvement in nursing quality.Methods The head nurse can examine and discover the nursing problems at any time by establishing the nursing quality feedback notebook.She can put forward the problems,inform the nurse involved in time,rectify the measures to improve the nursing quality.Results The scores on nursing quality,the degree of patients's satisfaction and nurses' satisfaction on modes of management has improved quite a lot.Nursing defects and nursing complaints has decreaed obviously(P ＜0.01).Conclusions Nursing quality feedback notebook can facilitate continuous improvement in nursing quality,prevent and reduce the nursing safety problems,provide the safe and comfortable nursing for the patients.
