Abstract
Objective To discuss the application of nursing quality management notebook, a whole-staff-involved model of quality control.Methods A general nursing quality management notebook was designed in 24 departments of the hospital to assess the effects.Results There appeared statistical significance on the nursing quality scores and the satisfication degree of patients between before and after the application (P<0.05).Conclusions The use of nursing quality management notebook method can improve the nursing service quality and the conciousness of nurses to participate in the nursing quality control management. It's also beneficial for the safety of nursing work and the solidity of nursing team work. This method has prospect for clinical application and further promotion.
