Abstract
目的探讨挫伤性晶状体脱位合并继发性青光眼的临床特点及手术效果.方法研究分析因挫伤致晶状体脱位继发青光眼手术治疗57例的临床资料.结果除1例因年龄较小未检查外,术后眼压控制在21mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa)以下48眼,有效率达85.71%.40眼(71.43%)术后视力在0.05以上,术后盲目率由术前80.36%降至28.57%.结论手术治疗能有效控制眼压并降低手术前致盲率.
