Clinical investigation of surgery for luxation of lens with secondary glaucoma after ocular contusion.

Abstract
Objective To evaluate surgical results for lens luxation with secondary glaucoma without laceration or rupture.Methods A retrospective study of 57 cases(57 eyes) was carried out on contusive dislocation of the lens with secondary glaucoma by surgical treatment.Results The follow up 3～16 month.Our results show that postoperative vision better than 0.05 were 40 eyes (71.43%),and postoperation blind rate was dropped from 80.35% to 28.5%.After surgery 48 eyes(85.71%) intraocular pressure was under 21 mmHg.Conclusion These cases were controlled intraocular pressure and dropped initial blind rate by surgical management.
