Abstract
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and nursing of treating knee osteoatthritis with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluronate. Methods We analyzed retrospectively the therapeutic effect and nursing of 60 cases (64 knee) knee osteoarthritis patients who treated with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluxonate. Results The pain of 60 cases (64 knee) patients significantly reduce or disappear with an average 4 days. Obvious effective 25 cases of 28 knee, occupy 41.67% :effective 32 cases of 33 knee, occupy 53. 33% :total efficiency 95. 00%. Follow-up for 6 to 12 months, no bad reactions and complications. Condusion The therapeutic effect of treating knee osteoathritis with arthroscopic techniques and sodium hyaluronate is prefera-ble. Good preoperative care and postoperative nursing and the instruction aimed at rehabilitation exercises are sig-nificant for the patients to alleviate the ache and increase the therapeutic effect. Key words: Arthroscopic; Sodium hyaluronate; Osteoarthritis of the knee; Therapeutic effect observa-tion; Nursing experience
