Perioperative nursing of the arthroscopic treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee

Abstract
Objective To investigate perioperative nursing effect of the arthroscopic treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods According to osteoarthritis features,psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,and diet guidance were necessary before operation.Knee was observed and early active-passive functional exercise was strengthened after operation.Results All patients were satisfied with the operation effect.Edema pain disappeared and joint function was improved significantly.Hematoma and deep venous thrombosis did not disappear.Conclusion Perioperative nursing can guarantee the therapeutic effects and achieve early rehabilitation.
