Abstract
目的 评价一期后囊截开时对儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术后后囊浑浊的预防作用.方法 对33眼在植入人工晶状体后进行一期后囊截开,术后随访5月～4年.结果 24眼(72.72%)术后保持中央视轴区基本透明.23眼(69.7%)术后视力达0.3以上,16眼(48.48%)达0.5以上.术后未发现严重并发症.结论 一期后囊截开虽不能完全阻止后发障形成,但在一定程度上可减少后囊浑浊的发生.
