Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing model on the improvement of negative emotions and quality of life in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy. Methods By convenience sampling, a total of 100 patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy in the Department of Respiratory&Critical Medicine, the Central Hospital of Luohe from January of 2016 to December of 2017 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50) . The control group was adopted by conventional nursing model while the observation group was given targeted nursing model, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and the 36-items Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) were used to compared the psychological state and quality of life between the two groups. Results After a course of treatment, the SAS (38.45±9.83) and SDS (40.24±8.15) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (t=8.134, 6.048; P<0.05) ; after intervention, the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05) . Conclusions The adoption of targeted nursing model is conducive to the recovery of lung cancer patients after chemotherapy, improve the negative emotions of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, with obvious clinical advantages.
