Abstract

目的:调查了解头孢菌素类药物的不良反应情况.方法:本文就我们遇到的病例及1986年～2000年6月国内文献报道148例头孢菌素类药物所致严重过敏性休克病例进行综合分析.结果:头孢菌素类药物过敏反应来势凶险,死亡率高,提请临床应用时提高警惕,并就抢救及皮试等问题进行探讨.
