Efficacy of high-flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in uremic patients with resistant hypertension

Abstract
Objective
To observe the effect of high-flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion in uremic patients with resistant hypertension.
Methods
From January 2017 to June 2018, 40 uremic patients with resistant hypertension were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the control group (20 cases) and the observation group (20 cases). The control group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis, and the observation group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.
Results
After 3 months of treatment, both of the two groups achieved good therapeutic effect. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was higher than that of the control group (70%) (P<0.05). The mean arterial pressure was significantly decreased in the observation group (P<0.05).
Conclusion
The pressure of uremic patients with resistant hypertension can be significantly improved by combining high-throughput hemodialysis and hemoperfusion.
