Effect Study of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis in Patients with Renal hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in patients with renal hypertension. Methods 60 patients with renal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups and treated with hemodialysis. Patients (30 cases) in treatment group were treated with hemoperfusion 8 times, and 3 times in control group for 3 months. The hypertension, PTH, RA and Scr were compared after treatment. Results The hypertension, PTH and RA declined obviously after treatment in all patients, but the treatment group was superior to the control group (P 0.05) . The Scr in the two groups was insignificantly different (P 0.05). Conclusions Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can obviously down-regulate blood pressure, which is worthy of clinical application.
