Abstract
Objective Experimental study on Effects of Accepting different blood supply in portal vein of rats with the liver ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods A total of 120 male SD rats were randomized into three groups including the portal vein arterial group (group A),portacaval transposition group (group B) and control group (group C).SD rats in three groups were blocked the hepatic portal 25 minutes and then accepted to the portal vein blood flow (group A),systemic venous blood flow (group B)and portal vein ( group C),respectively.Blood was taken on 6 h,12 h,1 d,3 d and 7 d for every group;serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),nitric oxide (NO),plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) were inspected via auto-biochemistry analyzing equipment. Results Group B was significantly lower survival time than group A and group C.Blood was taken on After 6 h,12 h,1 d and 3 d,group A rats' s alanine, aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were significantly lower than in group B and group C;in 1d and 3d after surgery, group B rats' s alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase were higher than in group C ;after 6 h,12 h and 1d,group A rats' s serum,NO and plasma ET-1 were significantly lower than group B and group C;after 6 h and 12 h,group B rats' s serum,NO,plasma ET-I were higher than the Group C.There were significant differences among three groups. Conclusion Rats received portal vein arterial is more conducive to the promotion of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury in the recent recovery than the portacaval transposition. Key words: Ischemia-reperfusion injury; Portal vein arterial; Portacaval transposition; NO; Plasma ET-1
