Experience with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope for children's snoring diseases

Objective To sum up the experience with adenoidectomy for children's snoring diseases at electrical cutter with suction under nasal endoscopes. Methods 20 cases with children chronic sinusitis, sleep respiratory disorder, heating loss caused by adenoid hypertrophy were operated through nose and month route un-der nasal endoscope in adenoidectomy, with the one year follow-up. Results The adenoid gland was removed completely without of destroying the normal anatomic character. Conclusion The application of double-route nasal endoscope provides a direct and clear view that allows the surgeon to remove adenoid tissue more accurate-ly and effectively with less complications.
