Application of Nasal Endoscopy in Adenoidectomy

Objective To study the value of nasal endoscopy in adenoidectomy.Methods The 23 patients with adenoid hypertrophy were treated by nasal endoscopic adenoidectomy through the nose or mouth.Results All patients were followed up 9~12 months after operation,and there was no recurrence and no complication postoperative follow-up,all without recurrence and complications.Conclusion Adenoidectomy with nasal endoscope has clear operational field,accurate operation,fewer complications,thorough removing of adenoid organization,slight trauma and less bleeding.This method has positive effect and is worth popularization.
