Analysis of effect of high quality nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing in laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac. Methods 102 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the Sixth Medical Center of General Hospital of PLA from April 2017 to September 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The 2 groups underwent laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac, the control group received routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the observation group used high quality nursing during the perioperative period. The clinical parameters, the degree of abdominal distension on the 2nd day after surgery, the quality of nursing during hospitalization and the incidence of postoperative complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results The recovery time of postoperative bowel sounds, the postoperative anal exhaust time and spontaneous ambulation time significantly in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (t=6.738, 6.060, 2.874, all P<0.001). The abdominal distension score and the total complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (χ2=4.747, t=9.738, P=0.029, P<0.001). The scores of ward management, condition observation, nursing operation and complication prevention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=5.546、7.237、13.106、7.014, all P<0.001). Conclusion Giving high quality nursing perioperative of laparoscopic high ligation of hernia sac can improve the quality of nursing during hospitalization, relieve the degree of postoperative abdominal distension, reduce the risk of postoperative complications and facilitate postoperative recovery.
